Al comienzo del juego, cada jugador tiene dos fichas en el punto 24, 3 fichas en el punto 8, 5 en el punto 13 y 5 en el punto 6. Cada jugador tira los dados y el puntaje mas alto comienza la jugada.
El que comienza mueve las fichas de acuerdo a la posición opuesta de las agujas del reloj, desde su punto de partida para llegar al punto de partido del oponente.
El objetivo del <a href="http://www.gambling-portal.com/backgammon.html">backgammon</a> es mover tus fichas hasta llegar al punto de partida de tu adversario y luego removerlas del tablero. La velocidad del progreso del juego es determinada por los resultados de los dados.

Por ejemplo, si tira los dados y sale 2 y en ese casillero no hay ninguna ficha o solo una tuya, el puede entrar y seguir sus jugadas. De lo contrario, deberá esperar a su turno y volver a intentarlo.
Una vez ubicadas todas tus fichas en el casillero de llegada de tu oponente, deberás comenzar a removerlas del tablero. Es decir, si tiras los dados y sale 1 y 2 puedes mover una ficha del casillero 1, si sale 2, puedes mover una ficha del casillero 2 y así sucesivamente.

Few of you will have missed the fuss a couple of months ago when Sainsbury's sold 20,000 "I'm not a plastic bag" Anya Hind-march totes for [pound]5 each. Within hours those same unbleached cotton bags were selling for in excess of [pound]150 on eBay. "Every girl has a handbag," says Christie's specialist Monica Turcich, "and every girl wants one. Women now want the 'it' bag and the one nobody else is carrying. They've always been popular and they are the section of our 20th-century fashion sales for which we get the most phone calls, but now they are doing particularly well because everyone wants handbags, whereas 10 years ago there weren't the 'it' bags like we have today, simply the classics."
Like cars, most of the more recent designer handbags which sell through dealers and auction houses make significantly less than their original retail price, losing value the second the initial purchase has taken place. That is good news for both collector investors and handbag enthusiasts, but there are some exceptions to the rule.
Last March Christie's sold a red Hermes crocodile skin Kelly bag for [pound]10,800, this had only been purchased in 1994 and was originally a bespoke product. The Kelly bag is the "holy grail" of the classic handbag world according to Turcich. "Chloe and other more contemporary bags are more driven by what's popular now, but for Hermes and Chanel's quilted bag, these are classics which never go out of style and are always useable." Kelly bags can be bought for [pound]600 and can often be sold on for [pound]1,000- [pound]2,000, which isn't bad for a bag which might have been bought back in the 1960s.
There's no doubt that most handbags are being bought to be used, it's not an investment market in the same way as many other collectables such as paul smith,Abercrombie and Fitch,dsquared etc, but again there are parallels to the car market. By buying a classic bag and looking after it, you are unlikely to lose money, rather see a steady gain with the added return of enjoying using it.
Hindmarch's "I'm not a plastic bag" bags are unlikely to make it to "classic" status, they are after all mass-produced cotton totes, but other handbags from her range might well do so. So far Christie's has-n't sold any Hindmarch bags, but Turcich says she wouldn't be surprised if they start turning up at auction soon and she wouldn't turn them away. "Kylie Minogue was pictured carrying a Chloe bracelet bag around a few years ago which sparked a fashion and now we are selling the same thing at auction."
There is a pristine one in the next auction which is estimated at [pound]800 to [pound]1,000 along with another Chloe handbag in the same lot. "I think Chloe has started the 'it' bag scene" adds Turcich, "I don't know how long it will take for them to become classics of their own, but I'm sure these will hold their value in five or 10 years' time. People just don't seem to have paid attention to the fact that handbags have become the new shoes in the last few years, there is now an appreciation of the design that goes into them. There are shoe designers that are artists and so too with handbags."
It's not always about big names, a few weeks ago Ms Minogue was at the shop of Tony Durante, a handbag dealer at Alfie's in London, and purchased a white raffia bag with a horse's head on the front for around [pound]200. Brightly coloured raffia bags are in at the moment because it's summer. Durante says that Kylie loved this particular bag because it was unusual. Buying it from a vintage fashion dealer she's unlikely to bump into another celebrity carrying one. Durante says that his customers are looking for this "unusualness" factor.
If you do want to retain the value in your handbag then you should go for one that is in excellent condition, is a good design and beautiful. Some "it" bags will undoubtedly go down in value as fashions change, but the classics should stay steady.

The origins of contemporary bingo go back to 16th century Italy, where the lottery game Lo Giuoco del Lotto dItalia was introduced. Le Lotto used to be played with special cards that were divided into three rows and nine columns. Each player had a different lotto card where he used to mark the number announced by the caller. The first player to cover one row won the game.
By the 19th century, the lotto game spread around Europe and started to serve as a didactic childrens game. In the 1850s, several educational lotto games had entered the German toys market. The lotto games purpose was to teach children how to spell words, how to multiply numbers, etc.
By 1920s, a similar version to the lotto game, known as beano was popular at county fairs throughout the US. In beano, the players placed beans on their cards to mark the called out number. The first player who completed a full row on his card, used to yell out Beano!, until one night in December 1929, when a New Yorker toys salesperson by the name of Edwin S. Lowe visited a country fair outside Jacksonville, Georgia.
On his way back to New York, Lowe had purchased beano equipment including dried beans, a rubber numbering stamp and cardboard. At his New York home, Lowe has been hosting friendly beano games. During one game, one excited winner who had managed to complete a full row stuttered out Bingo, instead of Beano. Listening to the excited stuttering girl, Edwin S. Lowe thoughts went away. Lowe decided to develop a new game that would be called Bingo.
While Lowe's Bingo game was making its first steps in the market, a Pennsylvanian priest asked Lowe to use the game for charity purpose. After a short tryout period, the priest had found out that the bingo game causes the churches to lose money. Since the variety of bingo cards was limited, each bingo game ended up in more than five winners.
In order to develop the game and to lower the probabilities of winning, Lowe approached Prof. Carl Leffler, a mathematician from Columbia University. Before you get started doing anything, you should ask yourself these questions as they will help guide you for the rest of the process.

triggered my passion to research deeply into this song. Ignorance is
the greatest nuke that ever exist on planet earth which is been

beauty, riches , greatness and all her possession and things she can
do for you. To be precise, Doro is a person,a female musician, human
being just like you and me with real name Dorothee Pesch or DORO Pesch
[ Born 3 June 1964 age 50] who has over 20milllion fans world wide and
has performed over 2800 live shows.
In a nut shell, she is a human being being praised and worshiped by
her fellow admirers and those who wish to be like her. Tell me, is
there any upcoming musician that would not like to perform over 2800

Couple admitted beating teenager to death – Police
Investigations into the death of a 16-year-old boy, Seubow, who was allegedly killed by her foster mother, Olayemi Ayangbe, popularly called Iya Anu, has shown that she and her husband, Timothy, were culpable.
The Public Relations Officer of the Lagos State Police Command, Ngozi Braide, who spoke with our correspondent on the phone on Tuesday, said this was the outcome of the preliminary investigation into the matter.
She said, "The incident was reported at Isheri Oshun Police Division on Sunday evening and the DPO personally quizzed the couple. They both confessed to beating the boy to death.
"Olayemi started the beating while Timothy later joined her in battering the boy up till the time the boy gave up the ghost.
"Timothy admitted he joined in battering the boy because of his habit of stealing. He said he had continuously soiled his name within the neighbourhood as a result of the development."
Braide confirmed to our correspondent that the police had in time past quizzed Olayemi for battering the boy.
She said, "The deceased is Timothy's nephew and the police had arrested Olayemi before on complaints of battering but the present DPO was not the head of the police station at that time.
"The deceased's father is late but his mother who stays in the Badagry area of the state has been informed about the incident and will be meeting with the police tomorrow (Wednesday).
"The couple are still in police custody and investigations are ongoing. The case will be transferred to the state Criminal Investigation Department on Wednesday."
Olayemi had allegedly beaten Seubow to death at their residence at 8, Amosu Street, Ijegun, Lagos, on Sunday on the allegations that he stole N50 to buy Gala after he was starved throughout Saturday for misplacing a N1,000 note.
Residents of the area had told PUNCH Metro that Olayemi battered Seubow, who moved in with them in December 2011, till he gave up the ghost on Sunday afternoon.
Olayemi, who was described as violent by her neighbours, was said to be in the habit of inflicting injuries on Seubow and her own children whenever they erred.
Besides, they alleged that she often transferred her belligerence to her neighbours by attacking them with objects on the slightest provocation.
Olayemi, a mother of four, is a serial divorcee. Timothy is her third husband.
Alexander Akinnurun , the Proprietor of Alex Group of Schools, Ijegun, where Seubow attended before his death, had told our correspondent on Monday that he reported Olayemi at the police station in June when the deceased came to school with a battered face
North may drag Nigeria backward – Maku
The Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku, has said the insecurity problems in the northern part of the country may not help Nigeria to move forward.
He also said it was regrettable that the northern part of the country, which he said was once leading in peace and tranquillity, had become the theatre of war.
The minister spoke on Monday night at the First Dialogue and Peace Iftar Dinner organised by Ufuk Dialogue Foundation in Abuja.
Maku said Nigerians must be worried that a region once known for its peaceful atmosphere and co-existence was already having dwindling fortune due to incessant terrorist attacks mostly by the Boko Haram sect.
He said, "Unless we are able to stop the fire, development will continue to elude the North. If the North lags behind, the whole country may not move forward."
He called on Nigerians to embrace dialogue as the best option to settle their differences, adding that since almost all Nigerians believe in God, they should not resort to self-help when there were grievances among them.
He said, "If there are two religions that share the same ancestors, they are Islam and Christianity. These two religions not only share the same prophets, what you say in Quran is what you read in the Holy Bible. If there are two peoples that share same values, they are Muslims and Christians.
"I see no reasons why Nigeria cannot succeed. The way of Nigeria is important for all Africa. What we do today (the dialogue) is what we must do often."
Also speaking at the event, the Governor of Gombe State, Alhaji Ibrahim Dankwanbo, said suspicion remained a contributory factor fuelling insecurity in the country.
"There is a lot of misunderstanding, a lot of suspicion not only along religious lines but among individuals, the only way we can clear this misunderstanding is through dialogue," he added.
Archbishop of Catholic Diocese of Abuja, Rev. John Onaiyekan, said he was happy that such dinner was organised during the Ramadan.
He said he and other religious leaders would continue to "go all over the world and say 'if you want to see where Christians and Muslims are living together in peace and mutual respect, come to Nigeria'."
He added, "The average Nigerian Muslims and Christians want to live together and they are doing so. This two great religions – Islam and Christianity, we are able to manage our difference; above all we are able to exploit them to maximum our commonalities."
The President of Ufuk Dialogue Foundation, Oguzhan Dirican, said the foundation's aim was to promote peace and dialogue, cultural coexistence and mutual understanding among every nation.
He said the sustainable contribution would continue with a series of conferences and events in different states of Nigeria.
North may drag Nigeria backward – Maku
The Minister of Information, Mr. Labaran Maku, has said the insecurity problems in the northern part of the country may not help Nigeria to move forward.
He also said it was regrettable that the northern part of the country, which he said was once leading in peace and tranquillity, had become the theatre of war.
The minister spoke on Monday night at the First Dialogue and Peace Iftar Dinner organised by Ufuk Dialogue Foundation in Abuja.
Maku said Nigerians must be worried that a region once known for its peaceful atmosphere and co-existence was already having dwindling fortune due to incessant terrorist attacks mostly by the Boko Haram sect.
He said, "Unless we are able to stop the fire, development will continue to elude the North. If the North lags behind, the whole country may not move forward."
He called on Nigerians to embrace dialogue as the best option to settle their differences, adding that since almost all Nigerians believe in God, they should not resort to self-help when there were grievances among them.

DENTO DIES
Veteran Yoruba actor, Ahmed Oduola, popularly called Dento breathed
his last on Monday after a prolonged battle with illness.
His remains were on Tuesday committed to mother earth in Owode Academy
area of Ibadan, Oyo State.
The Governor of the state chapter of the Association of Nigerian
Theatre Arts Practitioners, Mr. Ayo Olabiyi, confirmed that the
58-year-old Dento died on Monday.
Olabiyi said, " Being a muslim, we buried him on Tuesday according to
Islamic rites. We have lost a gem. It is clear that the vacuum his
death created would be difficult to fill. In the ANTP Ibadan and
national level, we will sorely miss him."
It was learnt that members of the state ANTP at the burial eulogised
his acting style, even as emotion ran high due to how death painfully
eclipsed his career.
A popular comedian, Mr. Bolaji Amusan, otherwise called Mr. Latin,
described the decased as a senior colleague. He said his death showed
that an individual would be left alone to carry his cross whenever
problems arose.
"Death is inevitable. His death has shown that nobody will be willing
to assist you when you are in problem. You will be on your own,'' he
said.
An independent journalist, who played a key role in creating awareness
for the late dramatist's situation, Mr. David Ajiboye, expressed
sadness over his demise.
He said though death was a necessary end, his state before his demise
was worrisome.
Also, Executive Producer of Bon Awards, Mr. Seun Oloketuyi, said he
was saddened by the demise of the talented actor.
"I am sad that a man with so much talent spent his last days in so
much pain; sad that despite the success of Nollywood, there is no good
insurance scheme," Oloketuyi said.
Dento, who was a fine actor, built a considerable fan base through his
versatility in switching from one role to the other.
His greatest asset however lay in his sense of humour that
distinguished him as an actor for comic roles.
It was said that Dento was down with stroke which resulted in
paralysis on his right side.
Unfortunately, laughter has fled the mouth of the man who created so
much laughter for millions of people.
Two months ago, The PUNCH did stories on him, highlighting that he was
battling with an ailment that was threatening his life.
His condition, it was learnt then, was so bad that besides being off
stage for about five years, he was unfit to practise tailoring, his
first job to which he returned not long ago.
His family sources in Ibadan said then that he needed N250,000 to
return to normal life.
